Activities and purpose

The project

The success story of the Euregio Fit4Co program is entering its second round. Fit4Co-CBO is a joint INTERREG project of the two EGTCs “Euregio Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino” and “Euregio Senza Confini”. The main objective is to reduce cross-border obstacles in the INTERREG Italy-Austria cooperation area and to expand cooperation between administrations.

Public administrations, social partners, and regional management offices in the Euregio Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino, the Euregio Senza Confini, and Salzburg are invited to develop cross-border projects.

The results of Fit4Co CBO are well-prepared cross-border projects that were made to “fit” direct implementation by the project partners or, for example, for submission to funding bodies (e.g. Interreg).

Furthermore, participants and public officials in the Euregio are introduced to the essential areas of cross-border project management through a specific Fit4Co CBO training program.
