Activities and purpose

The project

The project strengthens community and culture by consolidating local ties through cultural exchange, training, and intergenerational meetings. Through readings, workshops, musical events, and film screenings, community spirit and the sense of belonging to the involved territories have been promoted. At the center of the activities is social cohesion between different age groups and social clusters. The cultural initiatives have addressed challenges such as the decline in volunteering and limited access to culture in peripheral areas. In particular, in mountain areas, efforts have been made to counteract depopulation, economic challenges, and isolation with targeted actions. The project focuses on cooperation, creativity, and best practices to improve long-term quality of life and strengthen the resilience of local communities.
