Activities and purpose

The project

The three LAGs (Local Action Groups) collaborating within CLLD Dolomiti Live – RMO, GAL Alto Bellunese, and LAG Puster Valley – possess a solid history of experience in planning and cooperation, but face difficulties related to language barriers, different work approaches, and sometimes a lack of specific skills (such as moderation or communication), which reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of their work. To these are added new challenges, such as the use of artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, image creation, automatic translation, etc.), involving the LAGs themselves, their stakeholders, and the citizens of all the towns in the Dolomiti Live area. For this reason, the three LAGs have realized a joint training project aimed at strengthening skills in these areas. Through specific modular themes and targeted workshops, knowledge, cooperation, exchange, and project development were promoted in the respective regions, with activities adapted to local needs.
