Activities and purpose

The project

The PANORAMA project promotes collaboration among research institutes, consortia, and companies to develop and test innovative energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions. Its main goal is to create an innovative tool to guide the design and building of renewable energy communities. This tool integrates production, cost, and predictive environmental and landscape impact analysis, focusing on the program’s pilot areas. The project involves joint cross-border research and the transfer of expertise on technical components, optimal sizing, and advanced technology integration. The aim is to facilitate feasibility studies and replicable local experiments that support efficient renewable self-production and self-consumption models. At the same time, the project will establish and formalize a long-term partnership between all participating organizations.
