Update: myCIVIS Login Methods

Following a technical update, the previously used eGov access will be deactivated on March 31, 2026.

To continue operating within the system, all affected user profiles must use the new digital authentication methods.

New login options:

• Italian partners: Access via SPID or CIE (Carta d’Identità Elettronica).
• Austrian partners: Access via ID Austria (“login with eIDAS”).

Required steps for the transition: Users who have previously used eGov access must be re-invited to the system by the authorized signatory via coheMON. For authorized signatories themselves, a new representation must also be requested. Complete instructions are available in the guide to the management of representations.
