When does the classification of performance groups take place?

The classification of actual persons per performance group (LG) occurs at the beginning of the project (after signing the Interreg contract) by registering individuals in coheMON, no later than during the first accounting submission. The classification remains unchanged throughout the project duration. See Eligibility Rules, Point 3.1.1.
