Sustainable Food and Logistic Systems
Fondazione Agrifood & Bioeconomy FVG, LP of the FOODIS project, is organizing, with the support of the Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences of the University of Udine, the event:
“SUSTAINABLE FOOD AND LOGISTICS SYSTEMS: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES”.
The knowledge transfer event, aimed at regional companies in the food and logistics chains of FVG, will take place next Thursday, October 24, from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Rizzi Library of the University of Udine (Aula 2 Master 1, via Fausto Schiavi n. 44, Udine). The focus of the discussions will be the transition to sustainable food systems, efficient logistics models, and the optimization of the cold chain in the food sector.
