Presentation of the study: Working hours in the Euroregion Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino
What is the current state of job quality and working conditions for employees in Tyrol, South Tyrol, and Trentino? The Interreg project EWCS Tyrol provides answers to these questions. To this end, the Tyrol Chamber of Labour (AK Tirol), together with its partner institutions AFI South Tyrol and AdL Trentino, surveyed around 2,250 employees in accordance with the European EWCS standard.
This conference will present the results of the first publication, which focuses on the topic of working hours. Current data on workload, time-related stress, and employees’ desired changes will be presented, broken down by various socio-demographic characteristics.
In addition to the data presentation and welcoming remarks from officials, you can look forward to keynote speeches by experts in the fields of law and psychology, as well as a concluding panel discussion on the topic of “Future-proof working hours”.
Simultaneous interpretation (German – Italian) will be provided on site.
